You will receive a free 1-hour consultation.
If both sides agree to move forward, the terms below will apply.

Payment

• You will be paid by certified check after your presentation.

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee.

Media Promotion

• You agree to do at least 2 interviews (print or online).

• These will happen within 2 weeks before your event.

• The company will help schedule them with you.

Event Setup

The company will provide:

• A clean, safe space

• Proper lighting

• Heating or air conditioning

• Seating and space to present

Non-Compete

• You cannot do a similar presentation within 50 miles of the event location

• This applies for 6 months before the event

• Breaking this rule could lead to cancellation or legal action

Failure to Show

• If you don’t show up, you may be responsible for costs or damages

• You are NOT responsible if something serious happens, like:

  • Medical emergency

  • Natural disaster

  • Other unexpected events

Recording Rights

• The company may record or broadcast your presentation (TV, radio, etc.)

• You still own your content

• You will get a copy within 30 days

• Recordings are for internal use only

• No one can record without your permission

Selling Your Materials

• You can sell your:

  • Books

  • Educational materials

  • Other resources

• A space will be provided for you

Privacy Policy 

• Your personal information is protected

• Your info will NOT be sold or shared

• The website may collect basic tech info (like IP address) to improve services

• You can update or delete your info anytime

Age Requirement

• Must be 18 or older to:

  • Join support groups

  • Use counseling services

Updates

• Policies may change, but updates will be posted online
